Executive Coaching
We will have our Chemistry Meeting first to align on our common goal.
In the next 3-8 Sessions we will work on your growth.
In the Final Session we will define important steps on how to keep the changes reached.
Leadership Development
Are you a new leadership team or do you have a lot of new members? Do you think that you could work more efficiently or effectively together as a team to make sure that 1+1>2?

Mentoring
My mentoring focuses on coaches during their journey to becoming an exceptional practitioner and get ACC (Associate Certified Coach) or PCC (Professional Certified Coach) accredited by the ICF (International Coaching Federation).
We will work together in small groups where you will have a lot of chances to practice and get my feedback on the PCC markers.
